Our in-person SMART Recovery meetings offer a supportive environment to achieve behaviour change goals of your choice around alcohol and other dug use, or any behaviours of concern.
The SMART Recovery is based on a 4-Point Program:
- Build motivation
- Cope with urges
- Problem solving
- Lifestyle balance

Time: 6:30 - 7:30 PM
