Peaceful Parents is a strength-based mindfulness program for parents to learn strategies to support their children. The program offers support, enhances parents' well-being, and reduces stress levels, which in turn positively affects their children. These are the topics that will be covered:
- Problem-solving strategies.
- Reflective listening.
- Managing screen time.
- Managing your child’s emotions (anger, frustration, anxiety…).
Starting on Thursday 11th May, and continuing for 5 consecutive weeks.
