This is your hour to let go and have fun!
Through simple guided movement, music and mindful awareness, this class helps you release tension held in the body - the tight shoulders, the heavy chest, the stuck energy that builds up from everyday stress.
Movement naturally stimulates the nervous system, improves circulation, and helps the body release built-up tension. As the body begins to move and soften, emotions often start to move as well.
You'll leave feeling: Grounded, Relaxed, Lighter, More like yourself.
