Preparing for primary school is a big milestone for children and parents alike.

Our Ready, Set, School! camp, designed for children beginning school in 2026, helps children develop the skills, independence, and confidence needed for a smooth transition, in a fun and supportive environment.

Led by Aisling Duke, an experienced occupational therapist, this engaging two-day camp will support kids as they:

• Build social skills like turn-taking, cooperating, and sharing
• Practice communication skills like listening and speaking
• Learn school-ready behaviors like following instructions, routines, and completing tasks
• Develop fine and gross motor skills, balance, and coordination
• Take responsibility for their personal belongings (hat, lunch box, etc.)

Through engaging, hands-on activities, children will learn the skills they need for success in their first days of school, while parents can feel confident they are helping set the foundation for a positive school journey.

Date: Tuesday and Wednesday, 27th and 28th January, 2026
Time: 9:00 am – 1:00 pm
Location: JH Kids, Bondi Junction
Cost: $99 for two days, or $50 for one day, payable by card only on the day
